How to get started?
Publishing your press release on Media Bulletin is easy! Simply follow these steps:
Step 1 - Contact Us: Visit our contact page and express your interest in publishing your news with us.
Step 2 - Organization Verification: We will get in contact with you for the next steps to verify and register your organization. Once verified, will inform you to submit your press release. Please note that verification may take up to 24 hours.
Step 3 - Submit Your Press Release: Once your organization is verified, you can share your press release with the following details:
- Title
- Image (minimum resolution of 1200 px width with clear usage licenses)
- Language
- Topic
- Relevant tags
Step 4 - Review and Publication: Our editorial team will review your submission, and the publication process usually takes 5 business days.

Institutional payment plans We work with research institutions, universities, and consortia, to support research teams who give more visibility to their work. To remove the burden from project teams organizations can book centralized for all their research projects. Organizations can also become institutional members via individual agreements.
